Selective process
We are a social initiative that opens the doors of the world to low-income youth! Through Soul Bilingual, 18- to 26-year-olds, former students of the public school system, immersion themselves in English, connect with people around the world and receive emotional support over the course of a semester.
In a gamified way, young people guarantee points for each activity they carry out. The program is aimed at young people between the ages of 18 and 26, former students of the public school system, with a per capita income of up to two minimum wages and residing in states in the southeast, north and northeast regions of Brazil.

We will open registration for a new selection process in May 2023.After the enrollment period closes, Soul Bilingual performs a few steps with the aim of identifying the candidates' commitment to the Soul program. Buscamos jovens com vontade de aprender e se desafiar! Para se candidatar, você precisa:
• Idade mínima de 18 e máximo de 29 anos na data inicial de cada Game
• Renda familiar: Até dois salários mínimos por pessoa do grupo familiar
• Ter cursado e concluído todo o ensino médio na escola pública
• Ser brasileiro e residir em qualquer Estado brasileiro
• Disponibilidade: Sábados, das 9 horas às 12h30 para as atividades síncronas
Para fazer parte da equipe, buscamos pessoas que:
• Tenham empatia, escuta ativa e vontade de impulsionar o futuro dos nossos jovens;
• Para voluntários Teachers (Professores): É necessário ter disponibilidade fixa aos sábados, das 11h às 12h30 (Horário de Brasília). Esse é o momento em que acontecem as nossas aulas obrigatórias com as turmas.
• Para voluntários Mentores: O formato é mais adaptável à sua rotina! Você precisa dedicar apenas 1 hora por semana para orientar e acompanhar o seu mentorado (jogador). O dia e o horário exatos dessa mentoria são combinados diretamente entre você e o jovem, garantindo flexibilidade para ambos.
